原料

Small Yellow Onion: 2, Cocktail Nuts: 1/2 cup, Rice: 1 cup, Milk: 1/2 cup, Masala Powder: 1 tsp, Butter (or Ghee): 1 tbsp, Raisin: 1 box, Cinnamon Sugar: 1 tsp, Salt: to taste, Cheese, grated: 1/3 cup

步驟

1Soak rice (use Basmatic rice if you like) in warm water for 30min.

2Fry nuts and raisin in butter until slightly colored. Drain with paper towel.

3Fry onions with cinnamon sugar. Again, drain with paper towel.

4Mix milk, masala powder, salt and 1 bowl of water in wok. Bring to boil then add well soaked rice. Continue to boil for about 3-4 mins.

5After that, turn down the heat to minimal. Cover and cook for another 10 mins.

6Blend in nuts, raisin and onions.

7Serve with cheese. Enjoy.
