2麵粉倒入盆中,一點點加入清水攪成絮狀,和成麵糰,蓋上保鮮膜醒面20分鐘~

3白菜洗凈剁碎放入盆中,加入1鹽勺精鹽揉勻腌10分鐘出水,手洗凈撰干水份,裝盤備用~

4蔥姜洗凈切末備用~

5肉餡倒入盆中~ 加入蔥薑末,1鹽勺精鹽,雞精,十三香,耗油,生抽,香油,植物油~ 再倒入撰乾的白菜碎~ 朝一個方向,順時針攪拌均勻,腌制15分鐘~

6取出麵糰多揉一會~ 揉成長條狀~ 再切成均勻的小劑子~ 拿出一個劑子擀成中厚邊薄的餅皮~
