豬大腸: 2斤, 芋兒: 1.5斤, 泡椒: 6個, 泡姜: 1個, 三奈: 4片, 八角: 2顆, 大蒜: 1把, 花椒: 1小爪, 料酒: 適量, 豆瓣: 適量, 鹽: 適量, 雞精: 適量
步驟
1豬大腸用冷水泡2~3個小時,冷水下鍋加老薑燒開,煮3~4分鐘起鍋,起鍋放入冷水中撕掉多餘肥油,切塊備用
