麵粉: 500g, 酵母粉: 適量, 泡打粉: 適量, 糖: 15茶勺, 水(牛奶): 適量
步驟
1取和面盤將麵粉倒進去,一邊放酵母,一邊放糖和泡打粉

2用手動打蛋器將面、泡打粉、糖、酵母混合均勻後加入水(牛奶),用打蛋器將面和成絮狀

3移至和面墊上揉面,將麵糰揉到表面光滑

4放入和面盆內醒面10分鐘,再取出和面,再醒10分鐘

5取1/3麵糰放和面墊上搓成長條狀,再用切面到切成大小一致的劑子,劑子大小因個人喜歡可大可小

9再把麵糰反過來,將多餘的捏在一起
