原料
吐司麵包: 6片, 方火腿: 1個, 奶酪片: 3片, 雞蛋: 2個, 黃油: 適量,或者色拉油
步驟
1將吐司片切去四周的硬邊,方火腿切出厚薄均勻的6片火腿

2取一片吐司片平放,然後放上一片火腿片,在火腿片上再放上一片奶酪片,然後再放一片火腿片

3最上面蓋上一片吐司片,其餘的吐司、火腿片和奶酪片也按照:吐司—>火腿片—>奶酪片—>火腿片—>吐司的順序共做成3個吐司夾

4雞蛋打入一個平底的大盤子中攪打成均勻的蛋液,不用放鹽,火腿和奶酪片都有鹹味

5將吐司夾放入蛋液中,將兩面和四周都沾滿蛋液(不要在蛋液里浸泡以免吐司吸飽了蛋液軟化掉拎不起來)

6將沾滿蛋液的吐司夾馬上放入鋪有薄薄一層油的鍋中,中小火煎到兩面金黃即可
