1從海螺殼裡取出海螺肉

2切成小粒,一口一粒的樣子

3炒麵粉,先大火一分鐘,然後轉小火,耐心地不停攪拌

5往鍋中倒入一杯水,轉大火,把結塊的麵粉團打散,待全部溶化後再倒入三杯水
