麵條: 100克, 芝麻油: 適量, 豬裡脊: 100克, 茭白: 2根, 青椒: 半個, 紅椒: 半個, 薑末: 少許, 花生醬: 適量, 水: 適量, 生抽: 適量, 糖: 適量, 醋: 適量, 料酒: 適量
步驟
1選扁平的小寬面,上蒸籠蒸至六七分熟;

2將麵條過沸水,煮三十秒左右撈出來,用芝麻油拌勻,靜置冷卻;

3茭白、彩椒和豬裡脊切絲;

4肉絲加生抽、料酒,腌制一會兒; 熱鍋起油,爆香薑末,下肉絲,炒至發白後盛出;

5鍋內再倒少許油,下彩椒絲稍微翻炒,再下茭白絲,撒一點鹽、糖調味;

6將肉絲回鍋炒勻,澆頭就做好了;

7取一口小奶鍋,加生抽、糖稍稍加熱,關火備用;花生醬、凈水按1:1的比例調勻;
