原料
鹽 適量: 克, 蒜末: 1頭, 耗油: 1勺, 生抽 , , 生抽 3勺: 3勺, 米酒或者花雕酒適量: , 五香粉或者孜然粉: , 黑芝麻 適量: , 核桃仁,果仁,麥片: 適量, 雞翅: 9個
步驟
1首先放入蒜末或者蒜粉,1勺耗油,3勺生抽,適量鹽,五香粉,黑胡椒粉,米酒或者花雕酒(適合腌制雞肉用,而豬肉牛肉適合用料酒),腌制3~4小時。
