步驟
1雞翅根洗凈,剁成兩半,冷水入鍋,加入料酒,生薑焯水,然後撈出,瀝干水分

2土豆、胡蘿蔔洗凈去皮,切成適口小塊狀,洋蔥半個,切的少許大點

3鍋中倒入少許油,燒熱,倒入洋蔥和生薑翻炒出香味

6加入適量開水,中小火,燉煮20分鐘左右,(喜歡吃稀一點的就多加點水,放入咖喱以後湯汁會變得濃稠)

7加入咖喱塊,煮至咖喱融化,湯汁濃稠,根據自己口味加鹽或者不加
