麵粉: 350g, 清水: 350g, 肉餡: 200g, 黃瓜: 400g, 精鹽: 1鹽勺, 雞精: 1鹽勺, 十三香: 1鹽勺, 耗油: 2滴, 生抽: 1匙, 油: 適量, 蔥: 1根, 姜: 適量
步驟
1將清水一點點加入麵粉里,和成有阻力沒有面塊的狀態~

2就是這個程度(不能太稀或太干)用筷子能拉起來,粘稠狀態,蓋保鮮膜醒面1小時以上(時間越長越有彈性)~

3將肉餡放盆里,加入精鹽,雞精,十三香,耗油,生抽,油,蔥薑末~

4順時針攪拌均勻,腌制20分鐘以上~

5用切絲器將黃瓜切好裝盆,撒1鹽勺鹽~

6用手將黃瓜的水份揉出來,倒掉~

14把面向上蓋,將餡料包裹住~

15鍋內倒適量油,將餅放到鍋內,用手背按平,儘量按圓些,轉小火(如果粘手,就沾些水按)~
