1香菇,木耳,黃花菜泡開,冬筍用水煮軟,木耳打個結,容易成型,

2花生米用幾粒花椒,薑片,少許鹽煮十分鐘,

3烤麩泡軟後,一個大塊可以切成16小塊,熱水裡放一點點鹽,煮五分鐘,去除豆腥味,

4煮完,過涼水,攥干水份,便於炸制,

5鍋里多倒點油,這四塊烤麩分二次炸制,倒入鍋中不急翻炒,等一面焦脆了,在進行翻炒,我都是用筷子一個個攪拌,這個步驟需要耐心,
