步驟
1先把所有材料準備好

2小火加熱不粘鍋,黃油切小塊放入鍋中加熱至融化

4棉花糖融化後加入椰子粉,攪拌均勻融化

5把綜合果仁先倒進鍋里攪拌均勻,再把餅乾倒進去攪拌均勻

6戴上一次性手套,把雪花酥拿出來,用手反覆揉合,拉絲,用棉花糖把餅乾和綜合果仁完全包住,這樣雪花酥也會更有嚼勁

7把雪花酥放到不粘盤,按壓成型,趁著餘溫,迅速在表面篩上椰子粉或者椰蓉都可以
