鰈魚: 2條, 枸杞子: 適量, 味噌醬: 2大勺, 洋蔥: 半個, 薑絲: 適量, 綠芽菜: 1撮, 鹽: 少許, 黑胡椒粉: 適量(白鬍椒粉也可)
步驟
1魚去鰓,洗凈,用刀在魚兩面身上劃兩刀

2兩面抹鹽和黑胡椒粉,味噌醬.腌15分鐘左右

3洋蔥切絲,枸杞子泡開.(我開始想切丁,後來又改絲了,總之亂七八糟啊)

4撕兩片銀錫紙,一片置上,放上洋蔥絲,薑絲,再放上腌好的魚,再在魚身上放些洋蔥絲,薑絲,和枸杞子

5另一片銀錫紙置上,對合包好.明火烤箱烤5分鐘,翻面再烤5分鐘.關火
