1五花肉、香菇、洋蔥切丁備用,蒜,姜切末備用

2鍋中倒油,油熱後放入蒜末薑末,出味兒後倒入洋蔥炒香

3洋蔥炒香後倒入切好的五花肉丁,炒出油變色

4放入切好的香菇丁炒勻,依次放入料酒,生抽,老抽,八角,冰糖,五香粉,白鬍椒粉,繼續翻炒

5倒入溫水,末過1-2厘米,注意是溫水哦~待煮沸後倒入砂鍋

6倒入砂鍋繼續煮,放入提前煮好的雞蛋入味,大概一小時之後就可以出鍋了~
