1備齊用料,西紅柿去死切塊,雞蛋打散

4等水開的空擋,用小勺往麵粉上少量洒水

5把麵粉拌至無乾粉狀,注意不要一次加太多水,不然麵疙瘩太大不易熟也不好吃哦

6麵疙瘩拌好,水也差不多開了,將拌好的麵疙瘩倒入鍋中,趕緊用筷子攪拌,不然也會粘在一起哈

7煮開後放入菠菜

8在滾頭上加入打散的蛋液
