步驟
1將菠蘿去皮洗凈切塊

2將菠蘿塊打成泥,擠入檸檬汁(我正好買到小的七彩檸檬,就用了兩顆小的,您不方便買到小檸檬就用1/4個大檸檬)

3醬菠蘿泥倒入鍋中加入兩種糖攪拌均勻用中火熬煮

4熬煮沸騰後轉小火熬制,至用刮刀或者勺子划過,出現的紋路不會馬上消失為宜

5隨後晾涼裝瓶備用。

6將所有麵糰材料混合揉至麵筋完全擴展

7將麵糰團成光滑圓團放入盆中蓋上保鮮膜和濕布發酵

8發酵至兩倍大後取出用拳頭按壓排氣

9將麵糰分成8等分滾圓蓋上濕布鬆弛10分鐘

10將麵糰按扁(中間略厚邊緣稍薄)包上冷卻的菠蘿醬和奶油奶酪塊

11將麵糰捏好收口
