高筋麵粉: 400g, 低筋麵粉: 100g, 糖: 120g, 鹽: 4g, 全蛋液: 80g, 可可粉30g: 30g, 耐高糖酵母: 7g, 水: 270g左右, 黃油: 40g, 巧克力豆/德芙: 100g
步驟
1除黃油外的所有材料混合,酵母和糖鹽不要直接接觸,放出廚師機桶中,緩慢加水低檔和面,水不要一次性加入,根據麵粉吸水量而定,三檔揉面大約15分鐘
