胖魚頭: 1個, 黃金剁椒: 2-3湯匙, 紅剁椒: 2-3湯匙, 史雲生清雞上湯: 1盒, 泡姜: 20克, 泡椒: 20克, 泡椒水: 2湯匙, 姜: 15克, 蒜: 15克, 蔥: 2根, 鹽: 1/2湯匙, 糖: 1/2湯匙, 生抽: 2湯匙, 廣東米酒: 1湯匙, 雞精: 1/2湯匙, 香油: 適量
步驟
1魚頭收拾乾淨,在魚頭上加鹽和廣東米酒,抹勻,腌制半個小時,然後用水沖洗乾淨

3鍋下油爆香泡姜和泡椒
