就是想把牛油果做成能够“咸食”的方式~
没想到,效果很惊喜!
原料
牛油果 1个, 蒜瓣 8个, 虾仁 可选, 橄榄油 少许, 薄荷叶 4片, 盐, 黑胡椒, 意大利面 1小把
步骤
1牛油果去核取果肉,虾仁去虾线,蒜瓣、薄荷叶,备用;

2取一小碗,将牛油果肉挖出,加入2个蒜瓣、薄荷叶、盐、黑胡椒碎;

3入料理机打成泥;

4煮意面;

5煮好的意面倒掉水,滴入2、3滴橄榄油拌匀; (可保持意面Q弹、不粘)

6锅热油,小火,入剩下的蒜瓣,煎至金黄;

7入虾仁,煸炒;

8入煮熟的意面,翻炒,调味; (注意:牛油果泥中之前已经加了少许盐、黑胡椒,因为这里适量调味即可)

9关火,倒入牛油果泥,拌匀;
