蒜薹 400g, 木耳 50g, 鸡蛋 2个, 生抽酱油 1茶勺, 老抽酱油 1茶勺, 葱、姜 适量, 油、盐 适量
步骤
1准备食材
2鸡蛋炒熟备用,淹好的肉炒熟备用。
3中火炒锅倒入油把葱、姜煸炒出香味后加入蒜薹炒出香味后加入木耳,加酱油和盐调味。
4加入鸡蛋翻炒均匀后就可以出锅了,出锅前尝尝味道。
