外地上学,同学没有听过,故上传之~ 特别给即将出国的FF同学~~ 妈妈听说特别配合~~~
原料
面粉, 豆角, 食用油, 葱, 蒜, 酱油, 盐
步骤
1和面,两个面团中间抹点油,檊成一张薄饼,烙之,反面后中间会鼓起来,就熟了~ps:这时候如果把鼓起来的地方弄破,打进去一个鸡蛋就是鸡蛋灌饼啦~

2饼是两层的,揭开后切丝

3切菜,可换圆白菜、白菜、蒜薹等等

4热油,下葱段、蒜稍炸后,下菜翻炒,加酱油、盐调味

5翻炒两分钟,把饼条铺在上面。饼条换成面条就是经典的豆角焖面啦~ 加少许~一丢丢哦~水
