我们全家都爱吃乳鸽,每周都去找有乳鸽吃的饭店,外面的乳鸽多是红烧,皮脆。家里开油锅麻烦,只能做酱汁的,今天跟妈妈学做豉油皇乳鸽,皮和肉都很甘香,好吃!并且简单易做!无需烤箱!
原料
乳鸽, 花椒, 干葱, 生抽, 白酒, 蚝油, 盐, 糖
步骤
1把净身乳鸽洗干净,用少量盐涂抹身子,腌一腌

2油锅里下花椒和干葱爆一爆

3下生抽、蚝油、糖、水,大火煮成酱汁

4把用盐腌过的乳鸽放进锅内,小火,以防酱汁干掉。勺起一些酱汁从屁股处倒进乳鸽身子内,以求入味

5需要不时翻转,可以盖锅盖
