番茄虾球的做法十分讲究,重视口味和口感的搭配,是一道很讨人喜欢的小菜。
原料
虾仁, 鸡蛋, 葱, 姜, 番茄酱, 白糖, 胡椒粉, 绍酒, 白醋, 盐
步骤
1将虾仁洗净后背后开一刀,用牙签在背部挑去虾线

2将挑去虾线的虾仁用淡盐水泡泡后再清洗干净,这样虾仁很脆爽

3控干虾仁的水分(可以用白毛巾或厨房用纸吸水),放入小碗中

4将鸡蛋蛋清蛋黄分开
