1锅内放水烧开,加少许料酒,然后放排骨焯出血水,捞出排骨控净水分备用
2炒锅放少许油,放入排骨

13小火慢炖,等到锅内的汤汁还剩一半的量时,加几滴浓缩橙汁(如果你的话梅比较酸的话,橙汁也可不加)

14炖至汤汁浓稠,锅内的汤汁完全的包裹到排骨上时,关火出锅即可
