原料

步骤
1用中火化开黄油

2用中小火将洋葱末和蒜末炒至变色

3将牛肉和猪肉末混合后下锅,炒散后下少量高粱酒

4等肉开始变色的时候放入五香粉和黑胡椒

5混合均匀后把调好的酱倒入,然后再加糖,炒匀

6中间挖一个坑,把蘑菇扣在里面,周围将泡好一宿红豆或者黑豆放进去

7盖上锅盖小火慢慢的煨大约15分钟
