炒粉丝是一道再家常不过的菜,有些地方也叫“蚂蚁上树”,不管在哪里,这道菜好像总是很受欢迎。
原料
红薯粉丝, 肉末, 青蒜, 嫩笋, 干香菇, 料酒, 生抽, 老抽, 盐, 糖
步骤
1粉丝和干香菇用水泡软。(最好用冷水泡,赶时间可以用热水。)

2泡软的粉丝洗净后剪成小段。(泡之前剪更容易些)
