原料
粽叶半斤, 糯米两斤, 五花肉适量, 大蒜五颗, 米酒一匙, 酱油适量, 生抽适量, 糖一匙, 五香粉适量, 盐适量, 干辣椒粉适量, 绑粽子用棉绳适量, 碱少量, 油适量
步骤
1 先把材料准备好,把粽叶泡上

2 五花肉洗净切厚片

3 热油放入大蒜爆香

4 放入五花肉,加入白酒、盐,因是等下要用肉汤拌糯米,所以盐可以多放点

5 加入酱油、生抽、翻炒会再加入白糖翻炒

6 放入水小火煮至七分软烂(因包入后还要煮,所以不要煮到完全软烂)

7 锅里多留些汤,把肉铲出来

8 拌入干辣椒!

9 锅内留下的肉汤加入五香粉备用

10 粽叶洗好泡会

11 糯米洗净倒入肉汤

12 拌匀,让糯米把肉汤吸收

13 折好粽叶放入一些糯米压实再放入五花肉块

14 再压入一些糯米离粽叶边一厘米就可以了,压实

15 抓紧把上面折好,注意两个角要折紧(一个人包没法拍过程)

16 捆绑紧……

17 要注意几个角都要绑好!不然会煮成一锅粥!

18 水里放入少量碱,高压锅小火压一个半小时至两小时(视粽子大小)
