柠檬542g, 砂糖370g, 盐适量, 水适量, 红茶适量
步骤
1 热水里加点盐,把柠檬放进去浸泡一会

2 然后用手搓洗表面,搓洗一遍后,再用清水清洗一遍,洗干净的柠檬用手搓表面,会发出声音的哦

3 柠檬切片,然后去籽

4 将柠檬一层一层铺锅里

5 砂糖分三次倒,这是第一次加糖(柠檬和砂糖比例1:0.7)

6 然后开小火慢熬15-20分钟

7 然后关火

8 加第二次砂糖,冷却

9 等锅子冷却下来,砂糖也基本融化

10 这时开小火继续慢熬15-20分钟

11 然后再关火,加第三次砂糖,冷却

12 砂糖逐渐融化,锅子冷却下来

13 开小火继续熬15-20分钟

14 熬好的柠檬,晶莹剔透,有韧性,颜色也比一开始变深好多,直接这样风干,就变成柠檬干,也很好吃

15 离火,等待完全冷却

16 然后装瓶子里,瓶子提前用热水煮烫一下

17 密封冷藏放冰箱,随吃随取

18 直接冲入凉开水,就是一杯健康的蜜柠檬水,最近温度直冲37度,我更喜欢加入柠檬蜜,放满冰块,再倒入提前冷萃好的冰红茶,光是看着都沁人心脾,喝一杯简直太爽了

小技巧
我用的柠檬和砂糖的比例是1:0.7 对我来说刚好,我不太喜欢1:1的比例做出来的,不过也和用的柠檬品种有关
