9先挖1/3的蛋白糊到蛋黄糊中轻轻切拌

小技巧
(1)烫面的时候动作要快,用4-6根筷子搅拌比刮刀好用。 (2)我的烤箱是长帝CRDF-25,感觉胚子薄了点,可以在方子里增加一个蛋的量,加一个蛋的蛋黄、蛋白其余的配料斗增加1/3。
