原料
窝瓜: 半个, 中筋粉: 适量, 酵母: 4克, 植物油: 适量, 白糖: 10克(喜欢吃甜可以加糖)
步骤
1半个窝瓜削皮去瓤,切成薄片!

2把切成片的窝瓜蒸熟,捣成窝瓜泥!

3把热的窝瓜泥晾温(温度太高会杀死酵母,所以得晾温),加入4克酵母,10克糖,在南瓜泥中加入中筋粉,揉成光滑的面团,发酵到两倍大(手指蘸面粉按孔不回弹)!

4擀成一元钱币的厚度,刷上植物油!

5割成10份,中间不要割断!按千层饼的折法,开始折!

6一层压一层,折成长方形或正方形都行!

7按压一下,擀成圆形或者正方形,喜欢什么型就擀成什么形状!

8放到蒸箱或蒸锅里发酵到两倍大开始蒸!
