步骤
1鸡蛋和水搅匀。倒入面粉里

2大致搓成较硬的面团

3将面团切成小块,用手捏扁。方便过压面机

4用压面机过几次,压成薄片。扑上面粉防粘

5继续压成面条即可

6做好的面条扑点干粉,放烤盘内

7先将腌料拌匀

8将排骨抓捏均匀。腌上半日或者隔夜。(一般晚上吃,中午腌即可)

9腌好后拣出排骨,滤出汤汁留用。锅内下少许油,放入排骨煎至两面金黄,或略有点焦黄

10依次倒入腌排骨的汤汁

13煮沸后加盖小火焖煮约30分钟

14到汤汁浓稠即可。如果不下面条的话,可以收干汤汁

15煮好的面条,留半碗面汤,把排骨连汤汁一起浇入即可
