步骤
1将6寸蛋糕模具外面包好锡纸待用

2饼干捣碎(或放保鲜袋里用擀面杖擀碎)再用大些的筛子过筛出剩下的颗粒饼干,继续用同样方法使剩下的饼干也过筛出来

3黄油和巧克力一起隔热水溶化

4黄油部分溶化后加入饼干碎里一起拌均匀至捏起来能成团即可

5饼干底放入模具内压平,饼干底压好放入冷藏冰箱冷藏至做好芝士糊

6接着做芝士糊,芝士提前常温软化后和糖一起打均匀

7打的过程中要停下来把打蛋盆的周围用橡胶刮刀刮下来再打,反复操作3次至充分打融合均匀

8分次加入鸡蛋拌均匀

10黑巧克力切小块加入牛奶一起隔热水溶化

11再把溶化后的巧克力倒入奶酪糊里一起拌均匀

12把做好的奶酪糊倒三分之一到之前准备的模具里

13在蛋糕糊上放25颗黑樱桃

15蛋糕模放深点的烤盘里,倒入冷水(隔水烤),烤箱上下火170度烤1个小时左右直到表面颜色变深蛋糕糊完全凝固不晃动即可出炉,自然冷却后放入冷藏冰箱冷藏5个小时

16芝士蛋糕冷藏好取出,用小刀把表面一层薄皮给切掉

17再用抹刀将外面抹上奶油霜
