原料
湘佳黄油母鸡: 1200g, 干香菇: 25朵, 清水: 适量, 盐: 适量, 味精: 适量
步骤
1干香菇用清水洗净干净,一定要干净哈~选一个大口径的碗(要保证它们每一朵都能如图趴在水上)加入一碗的水,将它们浸泡半个小时

2将鸡肉洗净,冷水下锅,过除血水(待水沸腾后将鸡肉捞起)

3将捞好的鸡肉倒入电压力锅中
