步骤
1去皮切细丝..泡水里.放盐(泡的水不用太多.以免浪费盐.盐的分量感觉足成品有盐味..不需太咸.才能吃出土豆本身的鲜甜味)士豆丝变软挤水沥水.如喜欢孜然.胡椒.可以拌入了如加孜然胡椒建议加多些椒盐..
2挤了水的土豆丝放入有温油的不粘平底锅里整型(油要多多哦)..均匀铺匀..压实些..外缘用锅铲团团整整齐.

5再把锅扣上去.盖住饼身..托按着装饼的容器.翻转..调换锅与容器的上下方位..漂亮翻面成功
