面粉: 一小碗, 植物油: 适量, 香葱: 一棵, 盐: 适量
步骤
1将平底锅放油烧热放入干面粉翻炒成油酥,面粉和成面团,醒几分钟后擀成一大张薄饼,把一半油酥均匀的涂在面饼上,如图

4将卷好的卷,重新擀成一张博饼,要慢慢擀,避免油酥露出来,把剩余的油酥涂上,擀好后将香葱切碎洒在饼上,洒少许盐

5重复2-3步,将饼卷好,对折,从中间切开
