糖水粉: 一小碗, 烧仙草: 2小包, 莲子: 一小把, 西米: 少许, 黑珍珠: 少许, 蔓越莓: 少许, 牛奶/椰奶: 一瓶, 黑糖: 少许
步骤
1取出2份烧仙草,白色红薯粉2小袋,黑色仙草粉2小袋,白色淀粉先用冷水化开;

2烧开950ml左右的水,沸腾后转小火,加入2小袋仙草粉,搅匀,再加入化好的红薯粉;

3搅匀后关火,静置放凉,用水果刀切开就成仙草冻了;

4将莲子洗净后加入高压锅内,加少许水约莫盖过莲子,加糖后煮15分钟左右;

5烧一锅水,将糖水粉煮熟后捞出,西米及黑珍珠依次煮熟后焖一会儿,熟透后捞出;

6将仙草冻、西米、黑珍珠、莲子、糖水粉及蔓越莓装碗,倒入牛奶或椰奶,加黑糖即可享用。
