低筋面粉: 60克,表面装饰酥粒, 中等大小苹果: 1个,苹果馅, 细砂糖: 30克,苹果馅, 柠檬汁: 1小匙,苹果馅, 肉桂粉: 1/4小匙,苹果馅, 黄油: 35克,表面装饰酥粒, 红糖: 35克,表面装饰酥粒, 肉桂粉: 1/4小匙,表面装饰酥粒, 黄油: 75克, 细砂糖: 80克, 盐: 少许, 蛋: 1个(我用的XL的), 低筋面粉: 120克, 泡打粉: 1小匙, 牛奶: 65克(我用了70克), 馅料(适量,一个苹果煮好的):
步骤
1将苹果去皮、去核后切成小块

2将苹果、细砂糖和柠檬汁放入锅中煮,开始汁液会比较多,慢慢熬至水分收干后关火,加入肉桂粉拌匀即可。需要注意的是:水分越熬越少时要注意搅拌,免得熬焦

3放凉后还会有些汁液,用前沥去即可

19将面糊盛入烤模中约7分满,表面洒适量酥粒
