原料
土豆(大一点): 1个, 西兰花: 20克, 香菇: 20克, 玉米淀粉: 20克
步骤
1准备好食材,香菇和西蓝花可以用贝壳粉提前泡一会~

2土豆切小块~

3泡完的西蓝花和香菇焯水过凉备用~

4用料理机把土豆打成泥,稍微加点水,否则打的不够细。因为是生土豆,不会打出细腻粘稠的感觉,正常现象。土豆打完再放入西蓝花和香菇,稍微打一下,留下蔬菜的颗粒感~

5将打完的蔬菜倒进大碗中,倒进淀粉充分搅拌。此刻不是水淀粉,因为之前打土豆泥的时候已经加水了~

6玻璃碗上刷一层核桃油,方便脱模~

7上锅蒸20分钟左右,凉透后扣出来~
