1、做玫瑰馅的时候蜂蜜和猪油不用放太多,以免不成形 2、做此鲜花饼要高温快烤可使此饼外酥内软 3、做鲜花饼用猪油可使此饼更酥,如吃不惯猪油可换玉米油或者豆油,香酥会打折扣
