15两份面团分别整成长的圆柱形面团,轻轻拍打面团上部表面(便于过后使其切面成为翻开的书本的形状(testbook shape)

16一个鸡蛋加两茶匙(teaspoon)水打匀,用刷子刷在面团表面

17325华氏度(165摄氏度)烤大约35分钟。烤过些或者少烤些时间都没关系因为稍后还要再烤
