小技巧
烤箱预热前,把最上层放上马卡龙垫在烤架上,或是烤箱自带的烤盘倒扣过来叉入最上层!这样可以隔热,让眉毛酥烤完也不变色!(眉毛酥)放中层!抹茶的量可以适当调整,颜色自行掌握!
