虾: 200克, 葱: 1根, 蒜瓣: 5粒, 植物油: 1勺, 生抽: 2勺, 醋: 半勺, 白砂糖: 适量, 锡纸: 4张, 烤架: 1个, 砂锅: 1只

1虾剪须破背清洗干净,沥干水分备用

4拿一个小碗,把蒜末,植物油,生抽,醋,白砂糖倒入碗中调汁

5晾晒干透的砂锅(这里我用的坤博砂锅,不要用普通的砂锅制作)

6砂锅里用锡纸铺底(以免汁水滴到锅底不好清洗)
