1各种原料洗净绰水

2鸡蛋等煮熟剥皮

3准备各种原料,我这里选用了王守义卤料

4准备大锅,放入各类调料。有老卤的也一起放入

5把要卤的肉类先放进去,加生抽老抽

6煮到肉可以用筷子搓的动了,加白糖或者冰糖调味

7这时候可以把肉盛出来,加入鸡蛋和豆干等继续卤

8多出来的汤汁捞出调料,沥出渣子,装盒冷冻,作为下一次的老卤
