1手抓饼皮在淘宝上有卖,很便宜~可以取搜索下,榴莲肉我用米苏榴莲肉,软糯香甜,价格也合适, 也方便~

2取一张手抓饼皮铺开,涂抹上榴莲肉

3然后在盖上另一张手抓饼皮

4用叉子在饼皮周围插一圈,这样2个饼皮会更粘合在一起,也可以用手把2个饼皮周围捏合在一起

5锅放油,有些温度了不用很热,在把饼放进锅里煎

6一定要小火煎,还要勤翻面,不然很容易糊的

7煎两面金黄就熟了呢,很容易熟的,因为饼皮很薄
