6和成面团,不要太用力,充分融合就好,盖上盖子醒20分钟待用

7紫薯蒸好,用勺子压成薯泥,加少许淡奶油(可以根据自己口味添加,也可不放)

8面团醒好,紫薯泥晾凉,揉捏成18等份大小滴团,我的配料表是18个的量,多少可以自定

9面团最好用手压成面皮,不要用擀面棍擀,把紫薯泥包到面皮里,用模具压好,喜欢什么造型随意

10烤箱180℃下火预热5分,把饼胚放进烤箱180℃上下火20分即可,喜欢火大一些的,可以再烤上5分
