步骤
1面团的做法:将高筋面粉、黑麦粉、细砂糖、奶粉、盐分别称好,放入和面机搅拌盆里混合拌匀;

2加入用温水调好的酵母水慢速搅拌2分钟,快速搅拌至打出面筋(注意酵母不与糖、盐放在一起,以免酵母脱水失效);

3加入软化后的黄油,慢速搅散黄油,快速搅拌至面团光滑;

4加入黑麦粉的面团搅拌得不能太上劲儿,欠一点为好;

8取一个面团用手压扁,用排气擀面杖从面皮中央开始朝上朝下擀成椭圆形的面皮。
