土豆: 2个, 蒜: 3瓣, 盐: 10克, 生抽: 1勺, 孜然粉: 1勺, 葱花: 一把, 折耳根: 30克, 白糖: 15克, 辣椒油: 2勺, 醋: 半勺, 芝麻: 1勺, 香油: 1勺, 鸡精: 1勺

1土豆去皮

2切成合适的大小。我没有买到狼牙刀,直接上菜刀了。

3蒜切成末,放点凉白开,做成蒜水(不放水也可以)

4葱花切碎

5这个地方忘了拍照了,具体就是,烧一锅开水,开之后把土豆放进去,煮5到6分钟。煮好后沥干备用。
6另起一口锅,热少于油。热之后放入花椒。

7放入土豆翻炒。土豆都上油之后关火。

小技巧
如果想土豆脆一点,煮的时候少煮点时间,想软一点的就多煮一点,到一定不能超过6分钟,再煮就成土豆泥了。
