1红薯洗净,去皮

2切薄片,切的越薄越好,炒出来的更香脆

3将红薯表面的淀粉冲洗掉,防止晒制的时候变色,吃的时候口感更脆

4洗好的红薯片,沥干水分,均匀的摆放好,放在阳光下或者通风处,晾晒两天

5两天过后,红薯干就被彻底晒干了,这时候可以进行炒制了

6盐放入锅内,小火慢慢将盐炒热

7再放入花椒,反复翻炒,炒出香味

8红薯片放锅中干煸,要用小火,这样红薯不易炒糊

9反复翻炒,红薯片有发黄的就随时取出来,防止炒过火

10炒至红薯微微泛黄就可以了,关火。在盐中焖一会儿,焖的时候也要不停翻炒,不然有水蒸气存积在薯片中,薯片就不脆了。焖完取出,凉晾即可食用
