1.海瓜子洗净后用清水侵泡20分钟左右,去除细沙; 2.海瓜子为海产品本身自带盐分,请适量放入生抽; 3.喜吃辣的朋友可在起锅前加入指天椒粒,本人喜辣但更爱金不换的独特味道,因此未加辣椒以保证食材更纯粹的味道。
