山楂: 500g, 白糖: 200g
步骤
1准备材料~

2模具中铺好油纸(提前做好准备)~

3山楂洗净控水去核去籽去花嘴备好~ 倒入全部的白糖~ 放入蒸锅中,盖上盖子隔水蒸30分钟~ 蒸至熟透软烂~

4将蒸好的山楂分次放入料理盒内打成泥状~

5将山楂泥过筛(我用的是纱网)~

6过筛后很细腻(此步骤不能省略,要不然做好的山楂卷很粗糙)~

7将山楂泥“薄薄”均匀的铺在烤盘内,用刮刀刮平~

8烤箱预热110°,上下火,中层,烤3个小时(若是山楂泥太薄的,2.5小时看看情况,太薄的烤时间长就硬了不好吃,厚的根据情况调整)~

9烤好的山楂卷,轻松从油纸上撕下来(表面不沾手的)~

10切去边缘的硬边~

11从一侧卷起,卷紧些(层次面才好看~)

12❤:(定型层次面好看) 可以卷好后包裹一层保鲜膜,定型(让山楂卷果胶自然粘合)我头天晚上做好的,置凉放冰箱冷藏了一夜(可不放冰箱内)~

13切下来的边缘不要扔,装进保鲜袋中,会软下来的~
